Instructions for Poster Presenters

Submission of Final Poster Title and Authors (Due 11/25/19, 5pm)

  • Please click here to submit your final poster title and author names, at least 7 business days prior to the retreat (ie, by Monday, November 25, 2019).

Poster Printing

  • Please print your own poster, and bring it with you to the retreat. Size of the easel is listed below (4 feet wide by 6 feet tall).
  • The UCSF Documents and Media contact for printing is Judy Flannery ([email protected]) (or you may use an outside of UCSF vendor, if you prefer).

Poster Size

  • Poster easels will be 4 (tall) x 6 (wide) feet (see picture below). Please print your poster to dimensions that will fit onto the easel. 

Poster Dimensions 4 feet tall by 6 feet wide

 

 

 

 

Hanging Your Poster

  • Posters will be displayed in the Helen Diller Family Cancer Research Building Lobby (just outside of the HD160 meeting room)
  • Poster presenters may hang their posters between 8am and 9am on December 4, while attendees arrive and everyone has breakfast and gets settled (talks begin at 9am).
  • Tacks to hang posters will be provided.
